Website Security & Payment Protection

Security & Payment Protection

At NIA Enterprise Consulting Inc., we take reasonable steps to help protect information submitted through our website.

Our website uses HTTPS encryption to help secure data transmitted through the site. This means information submitted through our contact forms or inquiry forms is transmitted over a secure connection when the site is properly accessed through its https:// address. Hostinger provides SSL support for published sites connected to a domain, and HTTPS can be enforced across the site.

For payments, we use Stripe to process transactions securely. Payment information is submitted through Stripe’s secure payment infrastructure, and we do not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes directly on this website. Stripe states that businesses using its payment tools still have PCI responsibilities, but hosted payment flows can reduce the scope of those obligations because sensitive card data is handled by Stripe rather than the merchant’s site.

We work to maintain a setup that supports applicable PCI data security requirements for our payment environment. Where payments are fully outsourced to a compliant payment service provider, merchants may qualify for the lower-scope SAQ A validation path; PCI’s documentation says this applies when payment page elements are delivered only and directly by the PCI-compliant third-party service provider or payment processor.

Please note that while we take security seriously, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

If you have any questions about website security or payments, please contact NIA Enterprise Consulting Inc. before submitting sensitive information.
